Share the School Health Services Brochure with school staff
This is available on the SBHC Program Office website in pdf format.
Work jointly on writing a policy when students leave the classroom to visit either of you.
Present to school staff and revise if needed.
Attend staff meetings
"The SBHC NP tries to be very active in the school and participate in school related activities such as school staff meetings and events. Her regular attendance helps the school staff see the SBHC staff as part of the school and has allowed for easier, open discussions around FERPA/HIPAA issues."
